2009 CIAA TOURNAMENT BRACKET

(CHARLOTTE, N.C.) The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) has released the official pairings for this weeks women's and men's basketball tournament.

The Bowie State University Lady Bulldogs (17-10 overall / 14-4 CIAA) enter the tournament as the top seed and receive a first round bye. BSU will take on the winner of the of the Livingstone College (#8 Seed) and Virginia Union University (#9 Seed) game - Wednesday, February 25th at 3 p.m.

Bowie State's men (15-12 overall / 10-8 CIAA) are the #5 Seed and will see their first tournament action - Thursday, February 26th at 1 p.m. versus Saint Augustine's College (#4 Seed) in the Time Warner Cable Arena.
