(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) The NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Committee has released its second regional ranking of the season, and Bowie State University moves up one spot to fourth in the Atlantic Region through games of Sunday, January 31st. CIAA members Virginia State University and Johnson C. Smith University are also ranked in the Top 10. Virginia State is 8th and Johnson C. Smith is 9th.
