NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has announced the All-Region honorees for the 2015-16 NCAA Division II indoor track & field season. Bowie State University sophomores Chelsea Harris (Rockville, Md.) and Vidal Adams (Fort Washington, Md.) are two of the 533 women and 555 men honorees from across the country.
