BSU Softball Complex

Home for Bowie State softball, the field sits in the same location as the former baseball field for BSU baseball back in the 2000 era. Included among the renovation is natural grass outfield, new turf for batting cages, new irrigation and drainage system and an extension of the outfield fence. The dimensions for the new park are 210 feet down the lines and 225 feet to straightaway center.

Seating features 100 permanent metal seats next to the visitors’ dugout. While walking on the concourse, spectators can take advantage of the Bulldog football stadium which is adjacent to the softball complex as well as men’s and women’s restrooms and water fountain located in the stadium. The complex features a brand-new public address and sound system as well as a climate-controlled press box.
