BSU Aquatics Center

The Aquatic Center recently underwent renovation that addresses the increased demand of a growing student population at Bowie State and within the community. Renovations provide a new focal point for campus recreation with a seating capacity of 195. Not only does the Aquatic Center provide numerous aquatic opportunities for campus life, it enables Bowie State to host world-class swimming events, as well as provide the community with a superb recreational, instructional and training outlet. The facility has hosted the high school swimming and diving championships since it reopened in 2021.

The Bowie State Aquatic Center is locate inside the Leonidas S. James Physical Education Complex.
