BOWIE, MD -  Indiana (PA) University came in to Bowie State University's A.C. Jordan Arena and blanked the Lady Bulldogs 3-0.  The visiting Crimson Hawks won by scores of 30-19, 30-20 and 30-18.    The loss drops BSU's record to 7-9 but improved IUP's record to 8-10. 

Sophomore Bethany Sloat (Baltimore, MD) paced Bowie State with a team-high 31 attacks, 10 kills and three service aces.  Junior Tamira Conner Rogers (Ft. Washington, MD) accounted for 30 attacks and freshman Brigitte Fabre contributed 12 attacks and 17 set assists.

Indiana (PA) wa led by Maddie Schulte with 20 attacks and 11 kills.  Emily McCombie and Laura Robinette led IUP with six set asssists each.

Bowie State will travel to Virginia State - Wednesday, September 26th to face the Lady Trojans at 5 p.m. in VSU's Daniel Gymnasium.
