The Huskies led the majority of the first half with the Lady Bulldogs claiming leads at the very beginning of the game and at the 7:27 mark.  Bloomsburg closed the final 7:27 by outscoring Bowie State 9-4 and headed into intermission with a 24-18 lead.

Neither team found much success from the floor in the first 20 minutes as Bloomsburg shot 25.8% (8-of-31) and limited Bowie State to 22.6% (7-of-31) shooting.  The Huskies did however hit all six of their free throw attempts and outrebounded the Lady Bulldogs 27-20.

The second half was all Bloomsburg as Bowie State never saw a lead again.  The Lady Bulldogs pulled within four points three times but would get no closer.
