BOWIE, MD --- Bowie State women's tennis suffered a 6-1 loss at the hands of the visiting Rams of Shepherd in a non-division match-up Thursday at the BSU Tennis Courts. 
 
Bowie State received one point from senior Afruica Gentle who defeated her opponent 6-3, 6-1 at the No. 2 singles position. BSU is currently (2-4, 2-3 CIAA) on the season while Shepherd is (3-4, 0-0 PSAC).
