BALTIMORE, MD — The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) released the bracket for the 2026 CIAA Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament on Saturday night. The single-elimination tournament will be held at CFG Bank Arena from February 24–28 in Baltimore, Md.

Tournament play begins Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 10 a.m. Seeding for each bracket is based on divisional record. If teams are tied, the first tiebreaker is head-to-head results, followed by point differential.

The Bowie State women's basketball team (18-7, 11-5 CIAA) captured the Northern Division title after finishing 9-1 in divisional play, earning the No. 1 seed from the North and the distinction of Northern Division Champions. The Bulldogs will face the winner of No. 4 South seed Livingstone and No. 5 North seed Elizabeth City State on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 4:30 p.m. at CFG Bank Arena. With a win, BSU will advance to the semifinals on Friday, Feb. 27, at 6 p.m.

The Bowie State men's basketball team (7-21, 5-11 CIAA) finished 2-8 in the Northern Division, earning the No. 4 seed from the North. The Bulldogs will open tournament play against No. 5 South seed Livingstone College (11-16, 6-10 CIAA, 3-7 South) on Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 8:50 p.m. The winner will advance to face No. 1 North seed Fayetteville State on Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 8:50 p.m. inside CFG Bank Arena.

All 22 tournament games will stream live on ESPN+, with the championship games also airing on ESPNU.
