2024: Didn’t compete in any meets.
2023: Competed in six meets for the Bulldogs… Placed 5th at the VUU Fall XC Opener with a 5K time of 23:29.4… Recorded a season-best 5K time of 22:41.3 to place 33rd at the CIAA Cross Country Championship… Finished 76th in the 6K at the Roanoke XC Invitational (27:13.6) and 72nd at the Don Cathcart Invitational (28:37.2 – 6K)… Also ran 23:58.6 to finish 104th in the 5K at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite and opened the season with a 144th-place finish at the Spider Alumni Open (18:03.0 – 4K).
2022: Competed in seven meets for the Bulldogs… Placed 19th at the CIAA Cross Country Championship with a season-best 5K time of 21:12.4… Took 3rd at the Bowie Classic (21:35.8 – 5K) … Finished 44th in the 6K at the Roanoke XC Invitational (25:10.9) and 40th at the Don Cathcart Invitational (26:22.4 – 6K) … Also placed 27th at The Shore XC Invite (22:04.9 – 5K), 18th at the DSU XC Sting Invite (22:28.7 – 5K), and 96th at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite (22:37.0 – 5K).
