2024 (Bowie State): Competed in seven meets for the Bulldogs… Ran a season-best 5K time of 21:31.6 to place 17th at the Bison Invite… Finished 33rd in the 6K at the Don Cathcart Invitational with a time of 27:33.8… Placed 32nd at the Jack St. Clair College XC Invite (29:59.7 in the 6K)… Took 38th at the DSU Sting Invite (23:07.4 – 5K) and 81st at the LVC Dutchmen XC Invite (21:52.6 – 5K)… Also competed in the Baltimore Metro Meet (24:04.0 – 51st) and wrapped up the season with a 53rd-place finish at the CIAA Cross Country Championship, clocking 25:32.3 in the 5K.
2023 (Virginia State): Competed in five meets for the Lady Trojans … Posted a season-best 5K time of 23:32.0 to place 40th at the CIAA Cross Country Championship… Finished 78th in the 6K at the Roanoke XC Invitational (27:31.4)… Placed 50th in the 5K at the Great American XC Festival with a time of 24:03.9… Took 20th at the VUU Panther XC Invitational (25:10.7 in the 5K)… Opened the season at the CNU XC Invitational with a 65th-place finish in the 6K (29:02.1).
