Jocelyn Logan is a dedicated and results-driven administrator with over 15 years of experience in athletic compliance, student-athlete development, and educational leadership. As the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Student-Athlete Development at Howard University, she plays a crucial role in ensuring NCAA compliance, guiding student-athletes toward academic and career success, and fostering leadership through community service initiatives.

Prior to her tenure at Howard University, Jocelyn served as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Senior Woman Administrator at Virginia Union University, where she oversaw departmental operations, budget management, and student-athlete development programs. Her leadership extended to Richmond Public Schools, where, as an educator, she spearheaded the districtwide health and physical education curriculum, improving the quality of education across eight high schools.

Jocelyn's expertise spans NCAA Division I & II compliance, stakeholder collaboration, policy development, risk management, and DEI programming. She has a strong background in public speaking and strategic planning, enabling her to enhance institutional goals and student success. As an Executive Board Member of The Potts Scholarship Foundation, she continues to support students in their pursuit of higher education.
Jocelyn is currently working toward a Master of Business Administration from Howard University, she holds a Master of Science in Sport Management from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Virginia State University. She is actively involved in professional organizations, including NACDA, Women Leaders in College Sports, and MOAA Governance Academy, as well as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.

With a passion for student empowerment and institutional excellence, Jocelyn remains committed to fostering inclusive, high-impact learning environments that drive success beyond athletics.
