(BOWIE, Md.)  The division leading Lady Vikings of Elizabeth City State University had very little trouble with Bowie State University, shutting the Lady Bulldogs 3-0 in CIAA volleyball action.  Elizabeth City rolled to easy 25-9 and 25-11 wins in sets one and two and captured a 25-20 decision in set three.

The setback drops the Bowie State record to 3-16 overall, 1-11 in the CIAA and 1-5 in the Northern Division.  Freshman Tiffany White (Towson, MD, Digital Harbor) led Bowie State with six kills on 21 attacks and added five assists, five digs and one block assists.  The Lady Bulldogs trio of sophomore Cindy Holland (Baltimore, MD, Edmondson) and Jasmine Nixon (Middletown, NY, Middletown) along with freshman Kassondra Greis (Mount Airy, MD, Linganore) added three kills each.

Whitney Green and Lia Scott led Elizabeth City State with 12 and 10 kills respectively.  Cassie Noe picked a match-high 19 digs and Danielle Kiser led the Lady Vikings with three service aces.
