(BOWIE, Md.) Seanta Cleveland has been selected as Head Athletic Trainer for BSU Athletics. Prior to joining the Bowie State family, Seanta served as an athletic trainer for the Team HEAL Foundation, Inc., founded by Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Clarence Shields, at (Crenshaw High School) in Los Angeles (CA) from 2008-2010, Athletes Performance in Carson (CA) in 2008, Licensed Athletic Trainer for Covenent Sports Medicine (2006-2008) in Lubbock (TX) and Graduate Assistant at South Plains College (2006-2007). Seanta also served as an Approve Clinical Instructor (ACI) for Loyola Marymount College from 2009-2010 and is currently a BLS AHA Instructor.
Cleveland earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health from Georgia State University (2006) and obtained a Master of Athletic Training degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (2008).
