Box Score 2 EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The Bowie State Lady Bulldogs volleyball team lost twice on Saturday (9/12) during the final day of the Warrior Invitational. The Lady Bulldogs lost in straight sets (3-0) to host East Stroudsburg (12-25, 8-25 and 19-25) and Molloy (4-25, 12-25 and 8-25).
Bowie State managed just six kills against East Stroudsburg with junior
Breiona Garrison (Baltimore, Md.) responsible for three. Senior
Yaje Ngundam (Bowie, Md.) and junior
Jasmine Ashe (Baltimore, Md.) accounted for two and one kill respectively.

Adrielle Brisbon (Fort Washington, Md.) had a team-high four assists to go along with three digs. Lady Bulldogs' redshirt senior
Marissa Martinez (Albuquerque, N.M.) contributed a team-high 10 digs.
In Bowie State's match with Molloy, senior
Alexis Fisher (Chesapeake Beach, Md.) led the team in kills with three while Ngundam, Ashe and sophomore Valarie Taylor (Walkersville, Md.) tallied two kills apiece.
In terms of team statistics, Bowie State finished the Molloy match with an attack percentage of -034 compared to .443 for Molloy.
The Lady Bulldogs return to competition Saturday (September 19th) against Johnson C. Smith University at 12 p.m. This will Bowie State's first match of the weekend during the CIAA Round-Up #1 hosted by Winston-Salem State University.
