CLEVELAND, Ohio - The National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) is proud to offer 25 scholarships for members to participate in either the N4A National Convention, Professional Development Institute (PDI), or Region Conferences in 2019. Of those receiving a scholarship was Bowie State's Academic Enhancement Advisor Dr. Marie Brown who will be reimbursed for travel, lodging and registration expenses up to $1,000.

To be considered for the scholarship, an applicant had to meet the following requirements:
Be a current dues paying member of N4A
Be a staff member at an institution of Higher Education
Submit a completed application form
Submit a personal statement (300-500 words) explaining why you are applying for the scholarship and how you and/or your athletics department can benefit from attending the 2019 N4A National Conference, Regional Conferences, or Professional Development Institute (PDI)
Submit a resume and list of references
