BOWIE, Md. – Bowie State University held its annual athletic banquet to honor its Winter and Spring student-athletes in the Student Center Ballroom on campus Monday (5/6) evening.
Student-athletes and cheerleaders were awarded for their academic and athletic achievements. Volunteers to the Athletic Department were also recognized and the Coaches of the Year were announced as well.
Shalom Omo-Osagie (Volleyball) and Justice Davis (Football) were also selected Bowie State Female and Male Student-Athlete of the Year respectively.
Bowie State Athletics honored Tiffany Bearns (Softball) and Diamond Carter (Bowling) as Co-Female Athletes of the Year and Amir Hall (Football) as Male Athlete of the Year.
