Largo, Md. - On Saturday, July 13 the Bowie State University Cheerleaders volunteered in the community with the Kettering, Largo and Mitchelleville Boys and Girls Club Clinic held at Largo High School. It was a GREAT experience! To see so many girls take in our advice and knowledge on cheer was amazing. It was all smiles on their faces. Younger girls look up to becoming collegiate cheerleaders in the future, it was so inspiring! They took the critiques so well and made sure they stuck with them. Within a short span of time the girls worked on motions, jumps, stunts and even learned a Bulldog 'Hustle' cheer. The girls worked hard and had fun while doing it. All of the cheerleaders had a great time helping the girls become better and stronger cheerleaders! Both KLM Cheer and BSU Cheer were both grateful for this experience and would love to do it again!
