BOWIE, MD – The Bowie State University women's volleyball team will host Trinity Washington University (DC) on Tuesday, September 14th, first serve is slated for 6 p.m. from Mckeldin Gymnasium.
Tuesday's match will be the second meeting between the two teams.  The last time Bowie State and Trinity (DC) met was in 2019, when the Bulldogs won 3-0 (25-9, 25-3, and 25-11).
Bowie State is 0-2 overall after falling 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-20) to Goldey-Beacom College on Sept. 9.  Game leaders were junior Madison Marshall (Albany, NY) with seven kills while senior Bianca Tucker (Edgewood, MD) aided 21 assists and sophomore Neysha Washington (Winchester, VA) collected 12 digs.
Trinity (DC) is a NCAA Division III and independent member institution. There were no updated statistics available on behalf of the Tigers.
Following Tuesday's match, the Bulldogs will travel to Wilmington, DE for a tri-match against Goldey-Beacom on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 12 noon. Additionally, BSU will also face West Chester (PA) on the same day, with a match time set for 2 p.m. Both matches will be played at the Joseph West Jones College Center in Wilmington, DE.
