Bulldogs Capture Programs First Division Title with Sweep of Virginia State

BOWIE, Md. – The Bowie State women's tennis team made history Monday afternoon, capturing the program's first ever Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Northern Division title after sweeping the Trojans of Virginia State by the scores of 4-0 and 4-1 at the BSU Tennis Courts. The doubleheader win's capped off the 6-0 record for the Bulldogs against division opponents this season – also a program record.
