BOWIE, Md. – Bowie State football moved up a spot in both the HBCU DII Coaches Poll and the HBCU Football Media Poll announced Monday. In the DII Coaches Poll, the Bulldogs moved up to No. 6 after previously ranked No. 7 last week and in the Media Poll, BSU moved from 10
th to No. 9 this week.
The rankings come after Bowie State (2-2, 1-1 CIAA) defeated Saint Augustine's, 36-20 on the road last week.
The Bulldogs host Livingstone Saturday, Oct. 1 for homecoming. Kickoff is slated for 2 p.m. from Bulldog Stadium.
