Clyde Doughty, Jr. to Join Panel Discussion on Opportunities and Challenges Protecting Student Athletes Saturday at Bowie State

BOWIE, Md. — Clyde Doughty, Jr., Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation at Bowie State University will join a panel of experts on the "Opportunities and Challenges Protecting the Student Athlete" discussion presented by Delegate Barnes on Saturday, Feb. 11.
 
The event will take place on the beautiful campus of Bowie State at the Center for Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Nursing, room 1230 at 2 p.m. The discussion will focus on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL).
 
Joining Doughty, Jr. will be Matt Skipper, Esq., Principal of Skipper Law, Co-founder of Autism FYI Dr. James Benjamin, Sports Psychologist Dr. Caroline Silby, Ricardo Jackman, Esq., Counsel with Ballard Spahr and Sports Attorney Richard Giller.
