FROSTBURG, MD -- The Bowie State volleyball team fell to the East Stroudsburg Warriors in three sets (13-25, 12-25, 12-25) Saturday at Bobcat Arena.

The non-conference loss moved Bowie State to 0-4 on the season.

Nina Edwards finished with four kills on the day to lead the Bulldogs offense got six digs from Bracey Gross to lead them defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Bulldogs found themselves in an early hole, losing a tough first set 25-13. Bowie State trailed by as many as 12 points as East Stroudsburg (PA) never gave up the lead in a set that was tied up zero times before the Warriors took control.

SET 2 | Bowie State lost set two 25-12, digging a 2-0 hole in the match. Bowie State trailed by as many as 13 points as East Stroudsburg (PA) grabbed the advantage for good at 7-6 in a set that was tied up four times before the Warriors took over the lead.

SET 3 | Bowie State was not able to win set three and was swept by East Stroudsburg (PA). The Bulldogs lost a tough set 25-12. Bowie State trailed by as many as 13 points as East Stroudsburg (PA) grabbed the advantage for good at 8-7 in a set that was tied up five times before the Warriors took over the lead.
