BOWIE, MD --The Bowie State women's volleyball team will travel to Baltimore Tuesday, Sep. 10 to take on Morgan State at the Hill Field House at 11 a.m. The contest will serve as the Bears second annual "Education Day".

The Series
In the previous meeting between Bowie State and Morgan State, the Bears won 3-0 (25-23, 28-26, 25-15). Tuesday's matchup will be just the fourth time the two programs will meet since 1991.
Last Timeout
Bowie State (1-3) won one out of four games at the Shepherd tournament this past weekend, hosted by Shepherd. The Bulldogs won 3-0 against Glenville Sate and lost 3-0 decisions to Shepherd, Edinboro, and Mars Hill. Nina Edwards who was named to the All-Tournament Team recorded 11 kills, while Taylor Johnson recorded two aces and nine digs in the first win of the 2024 season against Glenville State.
A Look at the Bears
Morgan State (0-7) is coming off three-straight losses at the West Georgia tournament this past weekend. In their last meeting, MSU lost to UNC Asheville in three sets on Saturday. Offensively, Madison Grace recorded 10 kills and defensively Addison Metts' finished with 11 digs.
