BOWIE, MD --- The Department of Athletics at Bowie State University proudly celebrated 21 student-athletes that crossed the stage at Bulldog Stadium on Friday morning, each receiving a diploma, and capping a significant milestone in their academic journeys.
Leading the way was the Bulldogs football team with 11 graduates, the most of any athletic program. They were followed by men's track and field with four graduates. Rounding out the list were men's basketball (2), women's basketball (1), women's volleyball (1), women's bowling (1) and softball (1).
