Destiny Ryles has been selected to participate in the 2025 HBCU All-Star Dream Classic on Saturday, August 9, in New York, N.Y., tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m. (ET) at Rucker Park. This marks Ryles' second postseason appearance, following her participation in the HBCU All-Star Game this past March in San Antonio, Texas.

Ryles was a standout for the Bulldogs throughout the 2024-25 season, leading the team with 19.1 points per game while adding 4.4 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 3.6 steals per contest. The Baltimore, Md., native showcased her scoring versatility by shooting 36.8% from the field, knocking down 35 three-pointers, and converting 73% of her team-high 274 free throw attempts. A relentless competitor, she appeared in all 29 games starting 28 and averaged 30.2 minutes per game.
In CIAA play, Ryles averaged18.6 points and improved her three-point percentage to 33.3%, while recording 55 steals in 16 conference matchups.

About the HBCU All-Star Dream Classic
40 of the best HBCU Basketball players in the world will display their athletic abilities on the historic hallowed grounds of Rucker Park in Harlem, New York. The experience will be the merging of HBCU sports, education and traditions with Urban Streetball Culture. These exceptional athletes will represent the CIAA, MEAC, SIAC, SWAC, Gulf Coast, NAIA and independent conferences. Coaches, G-Leagues, European Leagues and Sports Agents will be in attendance.
