(CHARLOTTE, N.C.)  Second-seeded Bowie State University will face either Elizabeth City State University of Fayetteville State University on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the men's quarterfinals of the 2010 CIAA Basketball Tournament at Time Warner Cable Arena. 

The Bulldogs finished the regular season as CIAA Eastern Division Co-Champions with a record of 16-9 overall and 14-6 in the conference, earning a first-round bye.
