(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) The NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Committee released its second regional ranking of the season, and the Bulldogs of Bowie State University rank 9th in the Atlantic Region through games of Sunday, January 31st. St. Augustine's College is also in the Top 10 and is ranked 6th.
