Mariela Hernandez (Del Rio, TX, Los Fresnos) pitched the complete game, striking out three.
Washington Adventist (4-7) recorded four hits but committed three errors. Erin Wright, Meagan Hess, Jordan Harmon and Rebecca Lee were responsible for all the Lady Shock hits.
Bowie State (13-13) is scheduled to host a conference doubleheader versus Virginia State University – Saturday (April 9) at 1 pm.
