The Lady Bulldogs and Bears scored a pair of runs each in the 2nd inning, but New York Tech put four on the scoreboard in the top of the 3rd inning to extend their lead to 12-5.
New York Tech added insurance runs in the 4th and 5th innings respectively to close to account for the final margin of victory in game two.
Gourdin was again led the Bears offense, recording a game-high three hits in game two. Five other Bears' players had at least two hits and Sonia Marin tied for game-high RBI honors with three.
BSU's Clayborne and Lewis had a multiple hit game with each getting two. Leading the Lady Bulldogs in RBI in the final game of the afternoon was Lewis with three.
