Peters lost 6-1, 6-3 to Simmons at No. 1 singles and Smothers was topped 6-0, 6-4 at No.2 singles by Graves. Johnson dropped a 6-1, 6-3 decision at No. 3 singles to VSU's Harry while Tonkins defeated BSU's Manning 6-2, 6-0 at No. 4 singles. Bowie State's Habtemariam lost 6-0, 6-2 to Thomas at No. 5 singles play and Richardson cruised 6-0, 6-0 over Slaughter at the No. 6.
The Lady Bulldogs end the regular season with a 6-8 overall mark, 6-7 in the CIAA and 4-4 with the division. Bowie State's next date of competition will take place Wednesday, April 15th at the conference championships in Charlotte, N.C.
