BOWIE, Md. – Bowie State University (6-17) volleyball wins its season finale at home against Lincoln University of Pennsylvania (1-21) on Thursday (11/14), winning by the scores of 25-14, 22-25, 25-17 and 25-22. The Bulldogs assembled an attacking percentage of .058 compared to .046 for the Lady Lions.

Shalom Omo-Osagie (Baltimore, Md.) led the Bulldogs with a dozen kills on 33 attacks and recorded two service aces, one dig and one block assist. Senior
Chelsea Beaudoin (Upper Marlboro, Md.) contributed seven kills on 22 attacks, a team-high 19 digs and added one service ace, while sophomore
Madison Marshall (Albany, N.Y.) tallied five kills on 19 attacks and counted for 11 digs. Freshman
Neysha Washington (Winchester, Va.) was instrumental on defense with 16 digs for Bowie State.
Renesha Love-Johnson accounted for all 17 Lincoln (Pa.) assists and adding six digs for the Lady Lions. Princess Robinson and Saviare Gilliam had team-highs in kills with five apiece.
Although BSU finished 6-17 for the regular season, this was a win the Bulldogs needed to continue the momentum heading into the opening round of the CIAA Tournament against Fayetteville State on Tuesday (November 19) at 6 p.m.
