WASHINGTON, D.C. – Another Bowie State University win for the Bulldogs this week as redshirt sophomore
Kwincy Hall of the football program was named this week's DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Football Player of the Week Honor Roll recipient Tuesday.
The Washington, D.C. native returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown and returned a kickoff 65 yards to set up another score as the Bulldogs topped Livingstone, 49-0 during its conference opener. He was recently named the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Special Teams Player of the Week on Monday for that performance.
The honor is Bowie State's third recognition from DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Football organization. Previously, redshirt sophomore
Jonathan Ross (Waldorf, MD) and senior
Ja'rome Johnson (Washington, D.C.) earned the honor during week 1 and 2, respectively.
The No. 20 Bowie State Bulldogs (3-1, 1-0 CIAA) will look for its fourth straight win on Saturday, when they Bulldogs host Johnson C. Smith for homecoming. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. at Bulldogs Stadium.
