BOWIE, Md. – After starting the 2022 season No. 1 and then a No. 3 ranking after week two, the Bowie State football team dipped to No. 7 in this week in the HBCU Division II Coaches Poll powered by BOXTOROW released Tuesday.
Despite the loss to Shaw (17-14) last weekend, the Bulldogs (1-2, 0-1 CIAA) still received a first place vote. Virginia Union, Albany State and Benedict claim the top-3 spots.
