ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. -- Graduate senior Aseyah Alexander racked up four hits but for the first time this season, the Bowie State Bulldogs got swept by the Elizabeth City State Lady Vikings 9-7 in game two on Sunday in Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) action. In addition to her four hits, Alexander had a walk to lead the Bulldogs. Sophomore Jayla Hill put together a standout day at the plate as well, going 3-for-4 with an RBI. Senior Shanya Gordon also helped out for Bowie State, putting together zero hits in three trips to the plate while adding a walk and three RBI.
