BUCKHANNON, WV --The Bowie State volleyball team fell to the Indianapolis Greyhounds in four sets (12-25, 25-20, 15-25, 13-25) Friday at Rockefeller Center.
The non-conference loss dropped Bowie State to 1-7 on the season.
Madyson Brinson finished with nine kills on the day to lead the Bulldogs attack while Madison Adderley-Julien collected nine digs to lead BSU defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Bulldogs fell behind early, dropping a tough first set 25-12. Bowie State trailed by as many as 13 points as Indianapolis grabbed the advantage for good at 4-3 in a set that was tied up five times before the Greyhounds took control.
SET 2 | Bowie State evened the match at 1-1 with a 25-20 second-set win. The Bulldogs never trailed by more than five points and grabbed the advantage for good at 20-19 in a set that showcased two lead changes before the Bulldogs took over in the second half of the stanza. The Bowie State offense also got a boost from four aces in the stanza.
SET 3 | Indianapolis responded to win set number three, putting Bowie State in a two sets to one hole. The Bulldogs fell in a tough set 25-15. Bowie State trailed by as many as 13 points as Indianapolis grabbed the advantage for good at 2-1 in a set that was tied up just once before the Greyhounds took over the lead.
SET 4 | Bowie State then dropped the fourth set 25-13 to finish off the match. The Bulldogs trailed by as many as 12 points as Indianapolis grabbed the advantage for good at 4-3 and Bowie State wasn't able to recover in a set that was tied up four times before the Greyhounds took over.
