BOWIE, MD – The Bowie State Bulldogs (3-6, 2-4 CIAA) will close out their 2024 season at home for Senior Day against the Lincoln (PA) Lions (2-7, 2-5 CIAA) in a Central Intercollegiate Athletics Association (CIAA) matchup on Saturday, Nov. 9 at Bulldog Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m. and will air live on
Bulldog Sports Network.

Clear Bag Policy
Fans will only be able to carry the following style and size bag into the stadium all of which are subject to search.
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags, measuring 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap
• All other bags will not be permitted. A list of prohibited bags includes but is not limited to: purses, backpacks, drawstring bags that are not clear, briefcases, coolers, fanny packs, luggage, computer bags, camera bags, binocular cases, and diaper bags. Guests are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles.
Bowie State University cannot safeguard items that are not permitted into the stadium.
Senior Day

The Series Between Bowie State and Lincoln (PA)
Saturday's game will be the 15th meeting between Lincoln (PA) and Bowie State, dating back to 2008. The Bulldogs own the all-time series, 13-0, with an incredible 6-0 record inside Bulldogs Stadium.
Last Outing Between the Bulldogs and Lions
BSU won against LUPA 46-39 in their last meeting on Nov. 4, 2023, inside LU Football Stadium in Lincoln, Pa. The Lions struck first scoring a touchdown on their first possession, but the Bulldogs tied the game after a touchdown to end the first quarter with a score of 7-7. The second quarter featured a back-and-forth scoring output as Bowie State and Lincoln (PA) traded multiple touchdowns. After a 12-play drive to end the second quarter, the Bulldogs led 26-20 at halftime. LUPA wasted no time getting on the scoreboard scoring a touchdown on their opening drive but was quickly responded as BSU scored a touchdown of their own to take a 33-26 lead heading into the fourth quarter. The Lions managed to find the endzone twice in the fourth quarter, but the Bulldogs matched their output with two touchdowns as well to end the fourth quarter with the final score of 46-39.

Achuff and Robinson Earn CIAA Weekly Honors
Bowie State garnered two players on the Central Intercollegiate Athletics Association (CIAA) Football Players of the Week announced by the league office Monday afternoon. Senior
Jared Achuff and freshman Robinson were named Week 9's Offensive Lineman and Rookie of the Week.
In the Bulldogs' 48-6 victory over Elizabeth City State, the offense accumulated 437 total yards total, with 262 on the ground. At the center of the action was Achuff, who led the offensive line, creating opportunities for the Bulldogs' dominant rushing attack against the Vikings. The award is Achuff's first of the season.
Robinson had a career day against the Vikings, rushing for 171 yards with four touchdowns on 22 carries. The accolade is Robinson's second of the season.
Scouting Bowie State
The Bulldogs' offense has changed its outlook after the past three weeks. BSU currently has the fourth-best rushing attack in the CIAA conference with 1457 total rushing yards on the season. BSU's leading rusher is
Micah Robinson who has rushed for 582 yards and has five rushing touchdowns. Defensively Bowie State is led by
Sadiq Salawu who leads the CIAA conference in solo tackles with 54 and is second in total tackles with 87 on the season.
Last Time Out for the Bulldogs
Bowie State traveled to Elizabeth City, N.C., and dominated in the win against Elizabeth City State, 48-6. The Bulldogs wasted no time getting on the scoreboard, scoring three touchdowns in the first quarter for a score of 21-0. The ECSU and BSU battled in the second quarter but neither team found the endzone as the score remained 21-0 heading into halftime. Bowie State found the endzone two times on offense and once on defense on a 105-yard interception returned for a touchdown to take a 42-0 lead after the third quarter. The Vikings found the endzone for their first score of the game but the Bulldogs responded with another touchdown reaching the final score of 48-6.
Scouting Lincoln (PA)
The Lions are led by junior quarterback Isaiah Freeman who has thrown for 863 yards with eight touchdowns on the season. Freeman has also added 216 rushing yards and four touchdowns on the ground. The Lions' leading rusher is Amir Gerald who has rushed for 370 yards and has two touchdowns on the season. Defensively sophomore David Chase leads LUPA in tackles (41) and interceptions with two on the season. Senior Christ Adechokan leads the Lions in tackles for loss (8.5) and sacks with three this season.
Last Time Out for the Lions
Lincoln (PA) Lion faced off against Virginia State for the Lions' Senior Day and came up short falling 55-0 on Saturday, Nov. 2., inside LU Football Stadium. The Trojans' defense was on full display shutting out the Lions. VSU found the endzone four times in the first quarter headlined by a 38-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown that gave them a 28-0 advantage going into the second quarter. Virginia State scored two more touchdowns in the second quarter making the score 41-0 going into halftime. VSU slowed down offensively only scoring one touchdown to open up the third quarter while playing stifling defense for a score of 48-0. The Trojans scored one last touchdown in the fourth quarter to reach the final score of 55-0.
