BOWIE, MD – The Bowie State men's and women's outdoor track and field teams are set to compete in the Morgan State Legacy Meet in Baltimore, Md., on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19. Events will start at 12 p.m., from Hughes Stadium, beginning with the steeplechase and four field events.

Bulldogs Last Timeout
Bowie State has made strides this outdoor season, featuring multiple Bulldogs recording top five finishes at nearly every meet.
BSU continued that trend at the Oscar Moore Invitational, hosted by Rowan University in Glassboro, N.J., highlighted by a string of performances through three meets.
On the women's side, Anijah Medley turned in a standout effort with a third-place finish in the 100m dash, clocking in at 12.86. She also secured fourth place in the long jump with a mark of 4.75 meters. In the throws, Yassine Kamara led the way, placing second in both the shot put (12.48 meters) and discus (37.56 meters).
For the men, Jaiden Jarrett set the tone with a first-place finish in the 100m dash, posting an notable time of 10.72 seconds. Aaron Little, Jr., followed with a second-place finish in the 110m hurdles, clocking 14.90. In the field, Leandre Lewis placed third in the hammer throw with a distance of 41.53 meters. Additionally, Movado Gray finished fourth in the shot put with a throw of 14.28 meters, while Jaeden Warner rounded out the Bulldogs' top performances with a fifth-place finish in the discus, recording a mark of 40.43 meters.
Looking Ahead
Bowie State is set to travel to the City of Brotherly Love to compete in the Penn Relays, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pa., from Thursday, Apr. 24 through Saturday, Apr. 26.
