BOWIE, MD --- Bowie State football has unveiled its 2025 home game themes, designed to unite and energize Bulldog Nation this season.

September 27 vs. Winston-Salem State* | FACULTY & STAFF APPRECIATION
Game Time - 1 p.m.
Kickoff the season with a celebration of everything and everyone that makes Bowie State special, bringing the community together to mark the start of another football season.
Faculty and staff will be recognized and offered one free game ticket to the game!
Giveaway - Bulldog football helmet key chain.

October 4 vs. Fayetteville State* | HEROES DAY / GOLD RUSH
Game Time - 1 p.m.
Pay tribute to true heroes as the Bulldogs take on the Broncos. From military personnel and first responders to healthcare workers, educators, and more, this game celebrates their service and dedication with special recognitions throughout the day.
Giveaway - Gold Rush t-shirts while supplies last.

October 11 vs. Virginia State* | HONORS DAY / FAMILY DAY / BLACK OUT
Game Time - 1 p.m.
The annual Family Weekend will welcome the families of Bowie State students to campus for a day filled with activities, including a special recognition at halftime honoring all Spring 2025 Dean's List recipients.
Giveaway - Black Out t-shirts while supplies last.

November 1 vs. Elizabeth City State* | HOMECOMING / SENIOR DAY
Game Time - 2 p.m.
Past, present, and future Bulldogs make their way to campus for the annual Homecoming game. It's also senior day, join us in honoring this year's senior class and their contributions to Bowie State Football.
An on-field ceremony will take place prior to kickoff. 

*Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Conference games.
