BOWIE, MD — The Bowie State University Department of Athletics will host its 15th Annual Bulldog Golf Classic on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at The Country Club at Woodmore.

The annual fundraiser will bring together alumni, community leaders, corporate partners and supporters for a day of golf, networking and philanthropy while raising funds to benefit Bowie State student-athletes.

Early bird registration is available through Sept. 1, with entry fees set at $200 for individual golfers and $700 for foursomes.

Tournament day begins with registration at 7:30 a.m., followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The event will conclude with the Bulldog Post-Networking Event, providing participants with an opportunity to connect with fellow supporters, sponsors and members of the Bowie State Athletics family.

Proceeds from the Bulldog Golf Classic will support the Bowie State University Department of Athletics' goal of establishing an ongoing student scholarship program. As an auxiliary unit of the university, the Athletics Department is responsible for fundraising efforts that directly enhance the student-athlete experience.

Individuals and organizations interested in supporting the event can participate through a variety of sponsorship opportunities. Those unable to attend are encouraged to make a donation in support of Bowie State's student athletes.
