Bowie State's
Kassandra Bishop won No. 3 Singles by scores of 6-3 and 6-4 over Coppin State's Sharise Coppin. The Lady Bulldogs'
Amanda Hamilton won her No. 4 Singles match, winning 3-6, 7-5 and 10-5. Coppin State won No. 4 Singles with Janka Schmitt winning the set 6-1 and 6-0 over BSU's
Channae Manning. The Lady Bulldogs experienced victory at No. 6 Singles with
Rebekah Cabaltica securing a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Courtney Clark.
The Coppin State Eagles won two of three doubles matches, snapped a seven-match losing streak and their record to 4-14 on the season.
Bowie State (3-13) will host Division I Maryland Eastern Shore on Wednesday (April 11th) at 1 pm on campus.
