BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie State women's tennis team earned the No. 5 seed in the 2023 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Women's Tennis Championship and will face the No. 4 seed Winston-Salem State Rams on Friday, Apr. 21 at 12 noon.

This year's CIAA Tennis Championship will be held on the campus of Virginia State University at the VSU Tennis Complex. The winner between Bowie State and Winston-Salem State will face the winner of the defending champions as well as No. 1 seed Shaw and the No. 8 seed Elizabeth City State on Saturday, Apr. 22.

BSU concluded the regular season on a three-match winning streak, finishing 7-7 overall record and 5-5 mark in the CIAA.
