BOWIE, MD - Bowie State head softball coach Ed Powell is set to host his Elite Prospect Camp on Saturday, August 19 through Sunday, August 20. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will take place at the BSU Softball Field. The two day camp will be ran by the Bowie State softball coaching staff and players. In addition to teaching fundamentals of the game, the camp will also emphasize other elements including infield/outfield fundamentals, hitting, bunting, base running and competition. 

Cost of the camp for the two days is $125 per participant. For one day, the camp cost is $100. Participants must bring their own lunch, a water bottle (water provided at the softball field) and cleats. In order to attend the camp, you must be between 8th grade through 12th grade. The camp is open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level, and/or gender.
