The Short Story: The Bowie State women's cross country team placed fourth at the Bison Invite on Friday at the Kenilworth Park in Washington, D.C. The Bulldogs tallied 95 points, finishing behind Howard (19), Maryland Eastern Shore (55) and Delaware State (58).

The Finish Line

• Mylah Faulk tabbed 14th overall in the 5k race, posting a time of 21:16.21.
• Emetem Bezezuh and Makayla Hill both placed 17th and 18th at 21:31.51 and 21:45.83, respectively.
