BOWIE, MD --- The Bowie State tennis team travels to Bluefield, WV, for a Central Intercollegiate Athletics Association (CIAA) matchup against Bluefield State on Saturday, Apr. 13. The first serve is slated for 1p.m. at the BSU Tennis Courts.

This is the first meeting between Bowie State and Bluefield State. 
 
The Bulldogs 
The Bulldogs are currently 3-8 and 3-6 in the CIAA after falling to Virginia State 4-3 and 6-1 against the Trojans of Virginia State. BSU is 0-2 at home and 2-3 on the road. Afruica Gentle also won CIAA player of the week. Gentle is 7-1 in singles and 8-2 in doubles. 
 
B-State
Bluefield State are currently 6-5 and 3-0 in the CIAA after falling to Salem 1-4 last week. B-State is 1-2 at home and 2-2 on the road.
