BOWIE, MD – The Bowie State University women's volleyball team is set to face Winston-Salem State University in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Volleyball Quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 21 at 1:30 p.m. inside A.C. Jordan Arena.

Although the Bulldogs will compete on their home court, they enter the matchup as the No. 4 seed from the CIAA Northern Division, while Winston-Salem State represents the Southern Division as the No. 1 seed.

Bowie State secured its tournament berth with a commanding win over Virginia State on Monday, closing out the regular season on a two-match winning streak. The Bulldogs will look to carry that momentum into postseason play, led by standouts Nina Edwards, Lyric Snowden and Nicole Taylor.

Friday's contest marks the second meeting between the two programs this season. The teams previously met during the CIAA Round-Up II, hosted by Bowie State, where the Rams claimed a 3-0 victory.

All CIAA Volleyball Quarterfinal matches will be played inside A.C. Jordan Arena on the campus of Bowie State University.
