BOWIE, MD --- The Bowie State women's tennis team will host the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Round-Up on Saturday, Mar. 15-16 at BSU Athletics Tennis Courts and Bowie High School in Bowie, Md.

CIAA Round-Up Schedule
The Bulldogs are slated to battle the Golden Bulls of Johnson C. Smith on Saturday at 8 a.m. and the defending champions, the Lady Bears of Shaw at 3 p.m. On Sunday, the Bulldogs will matchup with the Lady Blue Bears of Livingstone at 2 p.m. followed by a tilt at 3 p.m. against the Rams of Winston-Salem State.  

About The Bulldogs
Bowie State (0-1, 0-1 CIAA) wrapped up last season with a 5-10 overall record and a 5-7 mark in conference play. Head coach Todd Byrom returns two of five players for the 2025 season, including key returners senior Kayla Lowery and graduate student Tamia Byrom. Byrom also welcomes two freshman and a transfer to the 2025 roster.  

The Bulldogs are coming off a 6-0 defeat to the Virginia State Trojans last weekend.
