BOWIE, MD -- Bowie State's TaVera Johnson and Arianna Clayton were named to the 2024-25 Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) Bowling All-Conference Team. In addition to their accomplishments, the team's success can also be credited to head coach Andrew Campbell, who was honored as the 2024-2025 CIAA Coach of the Year, as announced by the league office during the CIAA Bowling Championship this past weekend.

The accolade is Campbell's second Coach of the Year honor since taking over the program in 2017.

Johnson and Clayton were each awarded three highest average and newcomer highest average honors during the season.  Coach Campbell guided the Bulldogs to its tenth consecutive Northern Division championship, finishing with a 42-3 conference record and a 33-2 Northern Division record. The team concluded the season with an overall 50-14 record and third place finish in the conference championship.
