CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) released its Track and Field Honor Roll and Bowie State's Rashad Manning was voted as the Field Athlete of the Week. Manning has returned to track & field after being away for two years and finished in 3rd place at the Terrapin Invitational with a 12.46m mark in the shot put. This mark ranks him No. 1 in the CIAA shot put.
