MEDIA, Pa. –Freshman Destiny Lewis was the leader of the pack for the Bowie State women's cross country team on Saturday afternoon at the Penn State Brandywine Invitational as the Bulldogs captured two top-5 finishes.
It was the sixth-straight meet, the standout freshman and Huntingtown, Md., native led the lineup for the Bulldogs. Lewis earned second place individually with a time of 23:39.8.
Additionally, freshman Catherine Enwereji (Sicklerville, NJ) placed fourth overall with a finishing time of 24:49.7 to round-out the top-10 finishes for the Bulldogs
